By placing a bid, you accept all the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE PRIOR TO BIDDING. Each item in the auction is being sold “AS IS WHERE IS”, without warranty or guarantee of any kind, including merchantability. All sales are final. A bid is a legal binding contract between you and ProCountry Auction Service. Some Items have a reserve. The seller has the right to lower the reserve at any time. You may become the high bidder if the reserve is lowered. Be prepared to own the item when bidding. This auction is being coordinated by “ProCountry Auction Service.” Registered WI Auction Company #280.

BUYER FEES & SALES TAX:
10% BUYERS FEE ON ALL PURCHASES
5.5 % WI Sales Tax ON ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS
If you are tax exempt, you will need to fill out a form with ProCountry Auction Service.
The buyer of any titled item will be responsible for paying sales tax & transferring the title in the city/state which they reside in. Buyers of a titled item that reside in Wisconsin will pay sales tax at the payment location.
CLOSE OF AUCTION
Online Only Auction Ends November 2nd, 2025 starting at 6:00pm. This auction uses a soft close format, with a few items closing each minute. If a bid is placed on an item within the final 2 minutes of its closing time, the bidding time for that item will automatically extend by 2 minutes (or another time as determined by us). This mimics a live auction by giving all bidders a fair chance to place their final bids.
PAYMENT & PICKUP INFORMATION

Buyer is responsible for completing any necessary disassembly, packing, loading, and transporting all items purchased during pick up times. Bring Help for Heavy Items.
PAYMENT TERMS
NO Items will be released until entire invoice is paid in full. Payment must be made with cash, cashier’s check, money order, wired funds, or credit/debit card (UP TO $500 TOTAL PURCHASE). There is a 4% administration fee for credit/debit card purchases. No Personal or Business checks accepted. Please make all Money Orders & Cashier’s Checks payable to "ProCountry Auction Service". All Cashier’s Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution upon which they are drawn.
PLEASE NOTE
All items are sold as-is and must be picked up at the auction address. Buyer is responsible for all transportation and handling from that point forward (FOB auction site). Transportation or shipping services are a buyer’s sole responsibility. Attention all bidders, if merchandise remains unpaid or uncollected at the conclusion of the auction pick up, and no communication has been established with our office, the items will be deemed forfeited. Bidder Accounts are then Closed.
